Hello,
My mother was over for a holiday in Croatia and purchased a pair of shoes from your company. unfortunately recently I borrowed them and ruined them. She is very angry with me and I was wondering if there was a chance I could buy a new pair from yourselves. Please find attached a photograph of the shoes. She is a U.K. size 6.
